Qualifications

• Progressive experience in systems engineering lifecycle, requirements parsing, derivation, and allocation.
• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements decomposition, traceability, and verification planning across the lifecycle.
• Architect and integrate complex system solutions with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; manage milestones and reviews.
