Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to organize daily operations for multiple spacecraft development programs, spanning structures, thermodynamics, sensors, electronics, software, and systems engineering.

The role involves coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources across technical teams to drive milestones and successful delivery of mission-critical space systems. Note: The position may be filled at multiple levels based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field and 5+ years leading or supporting technical projects.
• Experience developing budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Ability to balance resources across multiple projects and track scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience working with engineering teams and establishing cross-team relationships.
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate schedules, budgets and resources for multiple projects.
• Integrate project schedules to meet milestones and keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with managers and leads to maintain schedule, cost, and technical deliverables.
• Produce reports and records to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Draft technical statements of work and contracts for vendors and evaluate performance.
• Assist in developing technical progress reports, documentation and presentations.
• Monitor progress, identify critical activities, analyze paths and risks, and propose workarounds.
• Lead development of technical proposals for mission opportunities.
• Lead technical teams in developing new products and services.
• Manage work breakdown structure, program budget, IMS, and risk posture.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
