You will be the primary customer interface, lead program reviews and risk mitigation, and drive cross‑functional execution while building long‑term relationships to enable future opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of program management, operations, or related experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary programs across engineering and manufacturing.
• Strong financial acumen and risk management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex, high-value programs with integrated plans and milestones.
• Oversee cost, schedule, technical, quality, and contractual performance.
• Coordinate product development, manufacturing, and customer delivery activities.
• Serve as primary customer interface and lead program reviews.
• Drive cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance.
• Develop governance, reporting, and performance metrics.
