Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, high‑value programs across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain. You will drive strategic planning, customer engagement, and risk management to ensure on‑time, within‑scope delivery that supports long‑term business goals.

You will oversee product development, manufacturing, and delivery activities while coordinating with finance, product management, and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with related program management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of program management and cross‑functional execution.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, PM tools, and BI/reporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex, high‑value programs with integrated plans and milestones.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, production, integration, and delivery activities.
• Provide strategic direction aligning program objectives with priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional program reviews, risk assessments, and executive briefings.
• Build long‑term customer relationships and manage contractual discussions.
• Communicate performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership and customers.
• Develop program management frameworks and governance processes.
• Support continuous improvement in program execution and business performance.
