CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive successful execution of complex, high-value programs across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain. You will lead integrated plans, manage risks, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet contractual commitments and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field with 12–15 years of experience, or Master’s with 8–12 years of related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of program management, customer relationship management, integrated product development, and operational execution.
• Expertise in program lifecycle management, strategic planning, financial management, risk management, contract execution, and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency with program management tools, ERP systems, business reporting applications, and program performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple complex programs and strategic priorities.
• Effective communication, influencing, and collaboration skills with all stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of complex, high-value programs with integrated strategies and milestones.
• Evaluate performance across cost, schedule, technical, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, production, integration, and delivery activities.
• Provide strategic direction aligning program objectives with organizational priorities.
• Serve as primary customer interface for complex programs and engagements.
• Lead customer program reviews, executive briefings, and milestone discussions.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to strengthen confidence and future opportunities.
• Communicate performance, risks, and strategic recommendations to executives and customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and Business Development.
• Mitigate risks and dependencies; manage resource constraints and business impacts.
• Coordinate proposal transitions, contract execution, production readiness, and lifecycle support.
• Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and execution methodologies.
• Develop integrated management frameworks, reporting tools, governance processes, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
