CesiumAstro, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to guide complex space and airborne programs from planning through execution.

You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to meet contractual commitments and financial objectives. Responsibilities include risk assessment, customer engagement, and executive-level program reviews while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years of related experience, or a Master's with 8–12 years in program management, operations, or related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of program management, customer relationship management, integrated product development, and operational execution.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, financial management, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of complex, high-value programs with integrated strategies, schedules, milestones, and performance objectives.
• Evaluate program performance across cost, schedule, technical, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, production, integration, and customer delivery activities.
• Provide strategic direction aligning program objectives with organizational priorities.
