Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's-level focus in engineering, business, or PM with extensive related experience.
• Deep knowledge of program lifecycle management, strategic planning, and risk assessment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and BD.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and program performance metrics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex, high-value programs with integrated plans and milestones.
• Evaluate performance across cost, schedule, technical, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, production, integration, and delivery activities.
• Provide strategic direction aligning program objectives with company priorities.
• Serve as primary customer interface for complex programs and engagements.
• Lead program reviews, executive briefings, and contractual discussions.
• Build long-term customer relationships to boost confidence and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and BD.
• Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and optimize resource use.
• Coordinate transitions from proposal to contract, production readiness, and lifecycle support.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and governance.
