Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• 12–15 years of related experience in program management (or 8–12 with a Master's).
• Extensive knowledge of program management, customer relationships, and operational execution.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and program performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex, high-value programs with integrated strategies, schedules, and performance objectives.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, production, integration, and delivery activities.
• Communicate program performance, risks, and financial status to executives and customers.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to strengthen future opportunities.
