Job summary

CesiumAstro in Florida is seeking a Senior Program Manager to advance execution of high-value programs through strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and customer engagement.

You will lead integrated program teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Business Development, ensuring programs meet contractual and financial objectives while aligning with long-term business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years in program management or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of program lifecycle, planning, and execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships.
• Proficiency with ERP and PM tools (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex, high-value programs with integrated strategies and milestones.
• Evaluate performance across cost, schedule, technical, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, production, integration, and delivery activities.
• Provide strategic direction aligning program objectives with organizational priorities.
