CesiumAstro, Inc. is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead high-value programs across engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance. You will manage risks, drive execution, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements while aligning with long-term business goals.

You will interface with customers and internal teams, conduct reviews, and foster long-term partnerships to strengthen program success and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years of related experience or Master's with 8–12 years in program management or related fields.
• Extensive knowledge of program management, customer relationships, and cross-functional execution.
• Proficiency with ERP, PM, and BI tools; strong cross-functional leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-value programs with integrated strategies, schedules, milestones, and objectives.
• Evaluate performance across cost, schedule, technical, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, production, integration, and delivery activities.
• Provide strategic direction aligning program objectives with company priorities.
• Serve as primary customer interface for complex programs and engagements.
• Lead program reviews, executive briefings, and milestone discussions.
• Build long-term customer relationships to boost confidence and future opportunities.
• Communicate performance, risks, financial status, and recommendations to executives.
