Umbra Lab, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the successful execution of complex government programs, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance from kickoff through delivery.

You will coordinate with engineering, product management, finance, contracts, and operations, using Agile practices to mitigate risks and maintain customer satisfaction. The role is on‑site in the Arlington, VA or Reston, VA offices, with opportunities to shape roadmaps and pursue follow‑on contracts while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of program management experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance (read‑in within the past two years).
• Experience with U.S. Government contracts or aerospace and defense programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex government programs and manage cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, finance, contracts, and operations to ensure successful execution.
• Apply Agile practices and manage risks to deliver on time and within scope.
• Support follow‑on opportunities and customer partnerships.
