Job summary

Umbra is seeking a Program Manager to lead the successful execution of complex government programs, from kickoff through contract closeout, ensuring cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.

You will develop integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk management strategies while coordinating with engineering, product management, finance, contracts, and operations to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Program Execution: manage cost, schedule, and technical aspects for several ongoing government contracts; provide monthly updates and status reports.
• Agile Development: serve as business owner for technologies, collaborate with product management and system architects, participate in PI planning.
• Growth and Strategy: contribute to proposals and growth strategies for existing and upcoming contracts; advocate for customer requirements in roadmaps.
• This position is on-site in Arlington, VA or Reston, VA.
