Job summary

Umbra is seeking a Program Manager to lead the successful execution of complex government programs, delivering innovative space technologies and mission solutions that meet customer objectives and contractual commitments.

You will manage cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction from kickoff through delivery, developing integrated plans, budgets, and risk strategies while collaborating with engineering, product, and operations using Agile practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related STEM/business field.
5-8+ years of program management experience, including 2+ years supporting U.S. Government contracts or aerospace and defense programs.
Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance; ensure customer satisfaction from kickoff through delivery.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, finance, contracts, and operations; apply Agile practices and PI planning.
