The role oversees cost, schedule, technical performance, revenue, profitability, and cash flow from pursuit through delivery, directing proposals and contracts while building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a Top Secret/SCI clearance with 12+ years of program management experience (or 10 years with a graduate degree).

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree with extensive PM experience
• DoD/IC experience preferred and security clearance eligibility

Responsabilités

• Maintain an integrated master schedule and proactive risk management.
• Manage portfolios/programs potentially exceeding $25M/year and deliver cost/schedule performance.
• Align program roadmaps with customer objectives and mission outcomes.
• Direct proposals, business plans, and contract activities to meet needs.
• Drive program strategy, growth plans, and capture efforts for additional scope.
• Ensure budgets and financial execution comply with specifications and policies.
• Maintain active communication with stakeholders and customers.
