Job summary

L3Harris Space Superiority & Imaging Division seeks a proven Principal Program Manager to lead a large, complex space program valued at >$250M, with full program ownership from inception to completion. You will interface with senior customers and internal leadership to ensure performance, growth, and strategic portfolio alignment within the NS portfolio.

The role demands a strong track record in cost and schedule control, technical execution, and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum of 12 years of program management experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 10 years with a graduate degree; or 16 years without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large, complex programs from inception through completion.
• Serve as primary customer point of contact, strengthening relationships and driving mission-aligned engagement.
• Own program P&L including cost, schedule, and technical performance; align to AOP commitments.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with customer vision and portfolio growth.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to deliver execution excellence.
