Job summary

Muon Space seeks a Staff Program Manager to lead the RF Sensing Program as part of the Mission Engineering team in Silicon Valley. Hybrid work—3 days in-office in San Jose, with remote options for approved locations—supports delivering high-quality, on-time, within-budget solutions.

You will manage roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and contract execution while supporting proposals and captures to grow the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience required.
• BS in an engineering discipline; MS/PhD preferred.
• Track record delivering complete systems on time, to scope, with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary aerospace development and day-to-day program execution.
• Coordinate resources with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish tools, practices, and processes to synchronize teams.
• Contribute to scope, schedules, and solutions in technical discussions.
• Track and report schedule, cost, risk, and technical performance.
• Represent the company to customers, subcontractors and suppliers.
