Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Program and Export Control Management Analyst to support the COSMIC-2 mission, bridging program execution with federal compliance. The role focuses on export controls, data exchanges, and multi-agency coordination under NSOF supervision in Suitland, MD.

The position requires 5+ years in federal program management, ITAR/EAR expertise, and CMMC/CUI familiarity, with on-site work at NSOF during core hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of federal program management experience, ideally with NOAA/NASA/DoD space systems.
• Export control certification or 2+ years in U.S. export control compliance (CIP/CECO preferred).
• Strong CMMC/CUI knowledge; familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management, scheduling, and milestone tracking for COSMIC-2.
• Maintain the integrated master schedule and track deliverables and risks.
• Coordinate interagency meetings and prepare executive briefings.
• Manage ITAR/EAR compliance, TTCP, and export licensing processes.
• Ensure data exchanges comply with security and information controls.
