Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of federal program management experience.
• Export compliance credential (e.g., CIP, CECO) or 2+ years in U.S. export control.
• Familiarity with CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 concepts.
• On-site work at NSOF in Suitland, MD; hybrid/remote subject to government authorization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day program management, scheduling, and milestone tracking for COSMIC-2.
• Manage the master integrated schedule, interagency deliverables, risks, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate multi-agency and international partner meetings; draft executive briefings for OSPO leadership.
• Maintain and update the program Risk Register; advise on technical and timeline constraints.
• Track interagency data exchange and coordinate data pipelines with providers and users.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for ITAR/EAR regulations governing space systems.
• Administer the TTCP; develop export licensing plans and manage licenses as required.
• Screen documentation and components to prevent unauthorized deemed exports.
• Maintain familiarity with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification and guard CUI in repositories.
• Assist in reviewing data-sharing architectures for compliance with information security baselines.
