Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Part-Time Project Support Specialist to provide senior-level on-site support for a NASA contract in Greenbelt, MD. The role emphasizes proactive, self-sufficient problem-solving and strong communication with analysts and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will coordinate 24/7 operations, manage schedules, facilitate meetings, and develop SOPs and workflows using MS Planner, while handling full-spectrum office administration in a collaborative government

Responsibilities

Operations Room Coordination for 24/7 monitoring of missions; troubleshoot equipment and maintain a welcoming presence for analysts and visitors.
Analyst Scheduling & Readiness: manage shifts, travel, leave, back-up coverage, and workload balancing.
Meeting & Event Facilitation: coordinate daily hybrid tag-ups, briefings, badging, A/V setup, notes, and action tracking; represent the organization when leadership is absent.
Executive Calendar Management: forecast and align Director/Deputy Director calendars with office goals.
Technical Writing & Process Development: create/edit presentations, reports, SOPs, and workflows; use MS Planner for task tracking.
Comprehensive Office Administration: maintain records, NASA correspondence, shipping docs, inventory, and facility logistics.
