Job summary

CACI International Inc in Sterling, VA seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead a high-velocity Space and Sensing program delivering RF collection systems and antenna payloads.

You will own cost, schedule, and performance across multiple task orders, guiding a cross-functional team and DPAS-rated supplier network in a demanding DoD environment. You will engage with government stakeholders, manage EACs and funding burn, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field with 10+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex engineering programs (RF, SIGINT, space sensor/payload, or related DoD/IC development efforts).
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience with system testing, verification, environmental testing, and vendor management.
• Experience managing program financials, including EACs, funding burn, and cost-type contract execution.
• Excellent communication, briefing, and customer-engagement skills.
• US Citizen with active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of program execution including cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk/opportunity management, with P&L and EAC accountability.
• Drive development and integration of RF collection systems, antenna payloads, and mechanical/electrical assemblies.
• Coordinate vendor engagement, including DPAS-rated procurements, technical evaluations, FAT, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with RF, software, mechanical, and test engineers to ensure technical compliance and integration success.
• Oversee testing; analyze results and guide corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver customer briefs, program reviews, PDR/CDR packages, and technical reports.
• Maintain disciplined contract management across CPFF/FFP contracts.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with customer priorities.
• Sustain program readiness by compliance, safety, and export-control policies.
• Identify growth opportunities, including scope changes and recompete positioning.
