Job summary

Logos Space is developing a high‑power RF payload for secure space communications. The RF Engineer will own end‑to‑end hardware for a spaceflight platform, conducting trade studies, vendor management, and RF/antenna design.

You will lead validation and test campaigns and ensure readiness for space deployment. You should have a foundational year of RF experience, strong RF theory skills, and familiarity with RF test equipment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of RF engineering experience (internships, projects, or research count).
• Strong RF fundamentals: S-parameters, frequency mixing, antenna directivity, amplifier gain and linearity.
• Experience with RF test tools: VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and SDRs.

Responsibilities

• Own the RF payload subsystem and spaceflight hardware realization.
• Perform trade studies, select vendors, and guide production readiness.
• Design and validate RF and antenna hardware including filters, amplifiers, upconverters, mixers, and oscillators.
• Plan and execute qualification tests for space environments (vibration, thermal, TVAC, radiation).
• Collaborate on integration and test of hardware on the spacecraft.
