Job summary

Logos Space is building state-of-the-art RF payload hardware and phased array antennas for space. You will lead as the responsible engineer for electronically steered antennas and define the system architecture, collaborating with a cross‑functional team to ensure successful design and verification.

This senior role demands deep RF/antenna knowledge, system-level thinking, and a proven ability to drive complex projects through a full development lifecycle in a space environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of RF, microwave, or antenna engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of phased array antennas, beamforming, and AESAs.
• Familiarity with the full RF system including digital and analog RF/microwave components.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience taking RF hardware through product life cycle from requirements to production.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cradle-to-grave ownership of space hardware: trade studies, vendor management, RF/antenna design, validation, and production readiness.
• Drive development of system-level requirements for a complex phased array antenna system.
• Manage cost and schedule of RF hardware.
• Perform RF system architecture trade studies and define RF architecture.
• Collaborate with and lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers across antenna, RF, mechanical, thermal, electrical, power, digital, modem, manufacturing, test, and supply chain.
• Establish and manage qualification and acceptance tests for space environments per MIL-STD-461 and related standards.
