Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Occupancy Planning Lead to oversee space management, occupancy planning, moves, FF&E and data management for a dedicated account team.

You will translate business requirements into effective space solutions aligned with the client’s workplace model and real estate strategy. The role requires strategic vision, leadership of a planning organ, and collaboration with facilities, project management and client leadership to ensure compliant, efficient delivery and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate or Facilities/Project Management.
• Experience in space, occupancy planning and real estate reporting.
• Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive immediate and long-term occupancy goals and analysis.
• Lead a team to translate requirements into space planning solutions.
• Monitor workplace trends and refresh strategies for future ways of working.
• Direct planning for relocations, restacks, consolidations and expansions.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and staffing plans for the unit.
