Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Occupancy Planning Lead in Tysons, VA to oversee space management, occupancy planning, moves, and data management for a dedicated account or Center of Excellence.

You will guide a team of professionals translating business requirements into effective workplace solutions aligned with the client real estate strategy. The role requires leadership of a planning delivery organization, interaction with executive-level stakeholders, and ensuring SLA/KPI delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline or field of study, such as Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management Planning/Coordination, Facilities, Project Management or Construction Management.

Responsabilités

• Define immediate and long-term client goals concerning occupancy and utilization analysis, support strategy solutions and reporting.
• Maintain a strong partnership with the client organization.
• LeadOccupancy Planners to create scenarios and long-term space planning strategies.
• Monitor workplace trends to inform future workforce models.
• Oversee planning, relocations, restacks and consolidations; ensure project delivery and KPI compliance.
