Qualifications

• Experience in space planning and occupancy management.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with CAFM/space management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational presentations and reports on space pipeline and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with program standards and standardized processes.
• Develop planning proposals, site assessments, and headcount forecasts.
• Direct project activities including relocations, restacks, renovations, and consolidations.
