Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking a Space Auditor to support the FLS Space Management Team in maintaining accurate facility and occupancy data. The role requires auditing space, validating occupancy, updating floor plans, and analyzing building usage to assist in space planning and compliance.

Frequent travel domestically and internationally is expected, with strong attention to detail and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Engineering, Planning, or related field with 6+ years of experience or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience using ARCHIBUS or a comparable CAFM system.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for reviewing or updating space layouts.
• Experience conducting space audits, facility assessments, occupancy validations, or bed-down reviews.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate space, occupancy, and utilization data for the FLS Space Management Team.
• Coordinate with Directors, Site Chiefs, Building Managers, and stakeholders on space allocation and facility use.
• Gather and analyze customer space and occupancy requirements.
• Conduct facility/site walks to validate conditions, seating, occupancy, and bed-downs.
• Develop space layouts using AutoCAD and Revit; read architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Update floor plans and seating allocations based on audit findings.
• Travel domestically and internationally to perform audits and support planning.
