Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking a Space Auditor to support the FLS Space Management Team in Washington, DC. The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly, field audits, and travel to domestic and international facilities.

You will develop space layouts, validate occupancy, and update records using ARCHIBUS, AutoCAD, and Revit, while coordinating with site managers and leadership. A strong analytical skillset and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Engineering, Planning, or related field plus 6+ years of experience or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience in space management, occupancy planning, facility planning, or related function.
• Proficiency with ARCHIBUS or similar CAFM system.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for floor plans and layouts.
• Experience conducting space audits and occupancy validations.
• Ability to perform field measurements and document facility conditions.
• Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the FLS Space Management Team in maintaining space, occupancy, and utilization data.
• Coordinate with Directorate and Office Space Coordinators, Site Chiefs, Building Managers, and stakeholders.
• Gather and coordinate customer space and occupancy requirements.
• Conduct site walks to validate conditions, seating, and occupancy levels.
• Perform field measurements and verify room dimensions and space configurations.
• Update floor plans and seating allocations based on audit findings.
• Resolve discrepancies in spatial orientation and occupancy within facilities.
• Develop and revise space layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and facility documentation.
• Maintain accurate accounting of space usage, capacity, occupancy, and vacancy.
• Use ARCHIBUS to update records and generate utilization reports.
• Pull and analyze capacity, occupancy, vacancy, and utilization data from ARCHIBUS.
• Assist government personnel in identifying future space planning needs.
• Support strategic space planning, occupancy planning, and facility initiatives.
• Assist Space Planners in 1450 and 1450-1 accountable spaces.
• Assemble and analyze building usage data for planning and reporting.
• Prepare written reports and communications for senior leadership.
• Facilitate meetings or workshops with internal, public, and stakeholder groups.
• Manage multiple projects with leadership-aligned prioritization.
• Perform space audits at facilities worldwide, including travel as required.
