Loft Orbital is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Infrastructure team in Golden, CO. You’ll bring structure to a cross-functional environment, coordinating workloads, program delivery, and on-call operations to keep space missions running smoothly.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Solutions, and Product teams to improve efficiency, manage risks, and ensure visible dependencies and escalations. This is a high-autonomy role with broad impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management in software and service operations.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience facilitating Agile development teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with ability to create processes and automate where possible.
• Strong interpersonal skills and influence without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to travel at least quarterly for cross-office collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support Cloud, Test and Space Infrastructure teams in workload management, program delivery and cross-functional coordination.
• Support on-call scheduling across global timezones.
• Own the ways of working within the Infrastructure team and ensure processes are followed and aligned to standards.
• Manage internal Risk register and escalation for program and cross-functional deliveries.
