Job summary

Loft Orbital is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Infrastructure team and help deliver complex work efficiently and predictably. You will bring structure and clarity to a cross‑functional environment, coordinating workloads, supporting global on‑call operations, and ensuring risks and dependencies are visible and managed.

This high‑autonomy role offers broad visibility and a chance to influence how Loft scales its satellite fleet across the organization, working with

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program/project management experience in SW and Service Operations.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile development teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with ability to develop processes and automate where possible.
• Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel at least quarterly for cross-office collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workloads and programs across a highly cross‑functional environment.
• Support on‑call scheduling across global timezones.
• Own the ways of working within the Infrastructure team and ensure processes are followed.
• Manage internal Risk register and escalations for programs and cross‑functional deliveries.
