Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Florida's Hi-Rel Business Division seeks a senior program manager to lead complex product development programs, owning scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality from inception to customer release.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, marketing, and sales to align priorities with customer requirements and market opportunities, deliver status updates, and drive improvements across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a major analog semiconductor or Space system company.
• 5+ years of hands-on technical program/project management leading teams to develop broad market or custom analog products for satellite/space, commercial, industrial or automotive applications. PMP certification is not required but a plus.
• 5+ years of experience being part of Product line NPI functional teams as a hands-on product, test, validation, design, quality or related function.
• Deep understanding of new product introduction and product development flow from concept to production release; exposure to Automotive or Space RADHard processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of projects to schedule, budget and quality.
• Implement project management strategy to increase efficiency and scale to roadmap requirements.
• Mitigate project risk by tracking progress, contingency planning and timely escalation to prevent fire fighting.
• Develop a strong team with clear roles and responsibilities and a culture of continuous improvement.
