Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in a major analog semiconductor or space system context.
• 5+ years leading teams to develop broad market or custom mixed-signal analog products for satellite/space, commercial, industrial or automotive applications. PMP is a plus.
• 5+ years within Product line NPI functional teams as hands-on product/test/validation/quality
• Deep understanding of new product introduction and development flow from concept to production release; exposure to Automotive or Space RADHard processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of projects to schedule, budget and quality. First time-right mentality with execution
• Implement project management strategy to challenge status quo and drive higher efficiency of execution to scale up to the roadmap requirements
• Continuous focus on mitigating project risk by tracking progress, contingency planning and timely escalation to prevent firefighting
• Develop a strong team that understands their role and responsibilities and collaborates effectively to improve execution vectors
