Job summary

Renesas is seeking an experienced program manager to lead complex product development programs within the Hi-Rel Business Division. You will drive cross-functional teams from inception through customer release, owning scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality.

You will develop integrated plans, manage budgets and KPIs, facilitate executive reviews, and collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales to align priorities with market opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in analog semiconductor or space systems.
• 5+ years leading teams to develop broad market or custom mix-signal analog products for satellite/space, automotive, industrial applications.
• 5+ years of Product line NPI hands-on experience in product, test, validation, design or quality roles.
• Deep understanding of new product introduction and product development flow; automotive RADHard exposure is a plus.
• PMP certification is not required but will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of projects to schedule, budget and quality.
• Lead project management strategy to improve execution efficiency and scale to roadmap requirements.
• Mitigate project risk with contingency planning and timely escalation to prevent fire-fighting.
• Build a strong team; ensure clear roles and seamless execution with continuous improvement.

Education

BS, Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Masters or PhD EE is preferred
