Job summary

Renesas is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead complex product development programs within the Hi-Rel Business Division. You will own project execution, manage scope/schedule/cost/quality, and partner with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, marketing, and sales to align with customer needs and market opportunities.

You will develop integrated project plans, budgets, forecasts, and deliverables, and drive decision-making through reviews and executive-level

Qualifications

BS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering; Masters or PhD EE preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience in analog semiconductor or space systems.
5+ years hands-on PM experience leading teams to develop broad market or custom analog products for satellite/space, commercial, industrial or automotive applications; PMP a plus.
5+ years experience in Product line NPI as hands-on product, test, validation, design, quality or related function.
Exposure to Automotive process or Space RADHard processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Delivery of projects to schedule, budget and quality; first time-right execution.
Implement PM strategy to improve execution and scale up to roadmap requirements.
Mitigate risk with progress tracking, contingency planning, and timely escalation to prevent firefighting.
Develop a strong team that collaborates and executes with continuous improvement.
