Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex product development programs within the Hi-Rel Business Division. You will own execution from inception to customer release, managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality while coordinating with engineering, operations, and other functions.

The role demands 10+ years in analog semiconductor or space systems and 5+ years in hands-on technical program management, with experience in NPI and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in analog semiconductor or space systems.
• 5+ years in hands-on technical program/project management leading teams to develop broad market or custom mix-signal analog products for satellite and space, commercial, industrial or automotive applications.
• 5+ years in Product line NPI functional teams as a hands-on product, test, validation, design, quality or related function.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product development programs, driving cross-functional teams from inception to customer release.
• Own project execution, accountable for scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and overall program success.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, forecasts, milestones, and deliverables to align with objectives.
• Facilitate execution reviews, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and remove roadblocks to maintain momentum.
• Prepare and deliver concise status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices, processes, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, marketing, and sales for successful execution.
