Responsibilities

Exercises signature authority and participates in negotiating and contracting for space and ground system products and services.
Leads presentation and development of complex business solutions to preserve and expand the business.
Represents the company in external negotiations with a diverse set of customers.
Oversees and performs on teams in preparation, negotiation, execution, interpretation and administration of contracts of a highly complex nature.
Ensures strategic alignment with internal functions.
Summarizes complex issues and leads development of creative solutions and risk mitigation.
