Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple space, construction or renovation projects from initiation to completion.
• Ability to develop space planning recommendations using data and floor plans.
• Experience overseeing project funding, cost estimates, and scopes of work, including contractor oversight.
• Experience serving as a team lead or in a similar role, mentoring staff and reporting risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management section and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate project activities and review work for technical accuracy.
• Assist management in effectively executing the Branch's space and facilities program.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budgets to stay within scope.
