Job summary

Moog’s Gilbert AZ facility seeks a hardware engineer to lead design, development and production of space electronics. You will act as technical focal point for customers and coordinate cross-site teams on complex programs.

Responsibilities include managing scope, budget, and risks, authoring technical analyses, and ensuring deliverables meet requirements for space-grade, radiation-hardened components. Onsite 24/7 testing readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3+ years leading electronic systems design or space vehicle-level integration.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead responsible engineer to customers on design, development, and production of space electronics.
• Provide project leadership across cross-site engineering teams.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, and technical execution.
