Northrop Grumman in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to lead panel and cable design, root cause analysis, and EGSE development across the full design lifecycle.

The position requires hands-on troubleshooting, expertise in analog, power and digital hardware, familiarity with lab test equipment, and a current TS/SCI clearance preferred; primary salary range $135,800.00–$203,600.00.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in STEM with 8+ years experience
• Masters in STEM with 6+ years experience
• PhD in STEM with 4+ years experience

Responsibilities

• Lead panel and cable design efforts with certification procedures and hardware checkout standards.
• Own root cause analysis and corrective actions for complex issues.
• Perform hands-on integration, checkout, and troubleshooting of test equipment in lab environments.
• Coordinate with subsystem test engineers, operators, technicians, and vendors.
• Lead full EGSE design cycle from concept through detailed design and tests.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
