Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Principal Electronics Engineer to lead hardware and software integration for complex electronic systems. You will drive panel design, schematics, and verification while coordinating with software teams and the Quality organization.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience, active Secret clearance, and hands-on experience across analog, digital, and power domains. Onsite work in Baltimore, MD is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM with 5 years’ experience, Master’s 3 years, or PhD 1 year.
• Ability to design hardware including panels, cables, schematics.
• Experience with analog, power, and digital electrical designs.

Responsibilities

• Panel design, electrical interconnects, schematics and acceptance criteria.
• Full design cycle from concept to fabrication and integration.
• Manufacturing support during hardware build and debugging.
• Integrate hardware with software into a functioning system.
• Certification with Quality and deployment support.
