Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in engineering/scientific roles related to space digital and microelectronic hardware for satellites and space systems.
• Experience with space qualification for electrical components and radiation testing.
• Expertise in the full lifecycle of space digital and mixed-signal systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and security clearance (U.S. citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority and project leader on multiple programs.
• Provide oversight and guidance on customer projects incl. space flight worthiness evaluations.
• Drive innovation and mentor staff in digital/mixed-signal electronics for space applications.
• Independently verify contractor designs and ensure system reliability.
