Job summary

Firefly Aerospace, Inc. seeks a seasoned Construction Program Manager to lead end-to-end construction and facilities programs across its campuses in Texas.

You will ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with engineering, production, and safety teams. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of construction program experience, strong cost control, and a track record of managing multi‑million dollar projects in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related technical discipline; equivalent combination considered.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction programs, capital projects, or major facilities.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or similarly complex environments is preferred.
• Ownership of projects exceeding $5M and management of multi‑project portfolios.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership of cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of construction and facilities project portfolios across campuses.
• Maintain a consistent project delivery methodology with stage gates and deliverables.
• Lead multiple concurrent construction projects balancing resources, schedule, and risk.
• Develop integrated construction plans that minimize disruption to manufacturing and testing.
• Partner with Facilities, Production, Test, Engineering, EHS, Security, IT, Finance and others to define requirements.
