Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years progressive experience managing construction programs or facilities projects, incl. $5M+ scopes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned construction portfolios across campuses from scope development through turnover.
• Establish and maintain a unified project delivery methodology and governance.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects balancing resources, schedule, risk, and budget.
• Develop integrated construction plans aligned with manufacturing and testing operations.
• Serve as owner’s rep for major projects with safety, schedule, and quality ownership.
