Job summary

Firefly Aerospace, based in Austin, TX, seeks a seasoned Construction Programs leader to own end-to-end execution of major facilities and production-support projects. You will shape delivery strategies, manage multi-project portfolios, and coordinate with internal partners to ensure on-time, within-budget results.

The role requires a track record in capital projects over several million dollars, strong scheduling, cost control, risk management, and contractor governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline with related experience.
• 10+ years managing construction programs and major facilities projects.
• Experience in aerospace/industrial environments preferred.
• Owner’s representative experience with contractors and design professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned construction and facilities project portfolios across Firefly campuses.
• Establish and maintain a consistent construction project delivery methodology.
• Lead multiple concurrent construction projects balancing resources, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain integrated construction plans around manufacturing, testing and engineering operations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and readiness.
• Prepare and present status, financial performance, and governance updates to leadership.
