Job summary

BRPH seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate site activities for complex structures at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.

You will lead site superintendents, enforce safety, coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while complying with codes and environmental regulations. This role requires strong problem-solving and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Ability to lead site superintendents and manage scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Experience coordinating with owners, contractors, and design professionals.
• Ability to prepare budgets and cost tracking reports.
• Familiarity with building, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision making under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead site superintendents and ensure project schedule adherence.
• Establish a strong safety culture on site and monitor OSHA compliance.
• Consult with owners, contractors, and designers to resolve issues.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet deadlines.
