Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Senior Spa Therapist to uphold outstanding guest service across our spa and leisure facilities. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified, with TEMPLE SPA credentials and Elemis training considered a distinct advantage.

You will assist the Spa Manager, motivate the team, and handle diary management and proactive selling to maximise revenue. The role includes delivering massage and other high-quality treatments, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• Spa therapy experience and a strong guest-service mindset.
• NVQ Level 2/3 qualifications are required or in place.
• Temple Spa training and experience with Elemis would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spa Manager and help lead the team to ensure consistent guest service.
• Carry out a range of treatments including massage and spa therapies.
• Consult each client to understand personal needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Support diary management to maximise revenue and actively upsell high-quality spa services.
• Deliver high-quality treatments and maintain a welcoming, professional guest experience.

As Senior Spa Therapist, you will assist the Spa Manager in looking after our spa and leisure guests and help lead and motivate the team to ensure consistency in guest service. You will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will also be supporting your manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling of high quality spa.
