Job summary

Starwood Hotels South Beach seeks a Director of Wellness & Spa to shape strategy, operations, and performance of the property's wellness and retail experiences, including Good Things in the Main Lobby and Bamford Wellness Spa & Anatomy Fitness Center.

You will align with the 1 Hotels brand, drive revenue growth, and partner with marketing, revenue, and finance teams to craft elevated, personalized luxury wellness journeys for guests, residents, and members.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality leadership.
• 5+ years leading luxury resort or hotel operations; Forbes-listed properties a plus.
• Experience overseeing Spa, Fitness, wellness programming, retail, and guest experiences.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to lead across departments.
• Massage Therapy license highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and operations for Spa and Wellness.
• Drive revenue growth and align with brand standards.
• Oversee Good Things in the Main Lobby and Bamford Wellness Spa & Anatomy Fitness Center.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales, Finance and departments to elevate guest experience.
• Develop wellness programming and activations in partnership with partners.
• Mentor and develop team while maintaining luxury service levels.
