Job summary

The Mandarin Oriental, Boston is seeking a Director of Spa & Wellness to lead all Spa operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences, revenue growth, and brand differentiation. Based in Boston, you will partner with the Hotel Manager and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and luxury service standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in spa or wellness leadership within luxury hospitality, strong financial acumen, team development skills, and a passion for storytelling

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the spa or wellness industry; luxury hospitality strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in a management or leadership position, preferably as a Spa or Wellness Director.
• Experience with budget management, financial reporting, and revenue generation strategies.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, fitness programs, and wellness trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and direction for all Spa operations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with hotel business objectives, revenue goals, and brand standards.
• Drive innovation and continuously enhance the guest experience through creative programming and service excellence.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing leaders and colleagues.
• Lead by example and champion employee engagement initiatives.
