Qualifications

• Evaluates a customer's skin condition and suggests treatments and skincare regimens.
• Provides facials and cosmetic services including waxing and makeup applications.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of spa products and services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and escort them to treatment rooms.
• Conduct consultations and advise on home skincare routines.
• Provide waxing, facials, makeup applications, and add-ons when appropriate.
• Suggest product upgrades and skincare services to clients.
• Train new staff and ensure timely appointments.
• Interview clients for contraindications and assess treatment suitability.
• Maintain product knowledge to promote spa services and retail products.
• Follow esthetics policies and sanitize equipment.
