Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation and service of foods across pantry items, salads, soups, sauces, and prep for entrees.
• Assists in ordering, receiving, menu development, cost control, waste management, and staff training.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces; maintain a safe, sanitary workstation.
• Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications per Executive Chef.
• Ensure personal hygiene and comply with dress code; adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Attend in-service training and perform additional duties as assigned.
