• Supervises hourly food service associates; interviews, schedules, payroll, training, counseling and disciplinary actions as needed.

• Maintains proper serving temperatures and presentation; ensures sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
